We are a Public Benefit Corporation

The Education Risk Intelligence Center was established January 1, 2021 as a Public Benefit Corporation, following nearly four years of national research and development work. The Center is required to submit a public benefit report every two years to the State of Delaware, Div. of Corp.

Meet Our Leadership Team

The Center is governed by a five member Board of Directors. Relationships exist with prominent current and past officials at the local, state and national levels, and in particular with the three major professional associations for public education governance and management.

Meet a Few of the Leaders of Our Interdisciplinary Advisory and Service Team

Their combined networks in K12 education span across state and regional boundaries and include the major national associations for school boards, superintendents, business officials, and almost every other professional group in education.  (Photos are linked to LinkedIn profiles.)

We will soon be introducing more of them here.

We serve as the custodial agent of the Public School Risk Institute.

The Institute was formed in 2008 by school districts and school risk sharing groups to promote research, innovation and exchange of information concerning management of risk in the public school arena.   Day-to-day operations were suspended in 2014. The website and extensive subject matter library are maintained for educational and research purposes as a  continuing public benefit.  Financial support will expand this resource as part of the ERIC Enrichment Enterprise.
